“At Hansen Family Chiropractic I’ve made a commitment and goal to bring the latest and best health information to our families, friends, and practice members. Being a resource center for chiropractic care, nutritional counseling, and overall health and wellness is very important to us.

I’m originally from Rice Lake, WI. I attended Jamestown College in North Dakota on an academic/athletic scholarship for a Biology major and competed at the national level in track and field hurdles. My amazing wife, Mary, is currently a teacher at Hayward Elementary and has very strong roots in North Dakota with coming from a family of 11 siblings! Her claim to fame is that she is the great niece of Lawrence Welk, and from that she has a great beat when polka dancing! Mary and I have two sons, Lucas and Simon, and a daughter Jane – whom we love to share our lives with. Biking, skiing, and running the Birkie Trail, hunting and fishing, horse back riding, and walking our Springer Spaniel seem to be a major part of our healthy lifestyles.

I attended Chiropractic school at Northwestern Chiropractic in the Twin Cities received a great education that provided me with the tools to communicate, educate, and provide the best care for practice members.

Currently, I’m a member of the Wisconsin Chiropractic Association and received my Nutritional Counseling degree from the State of Wisconsin. This is an ESSENTIAL part of living healthy and the chiropractic lifestyle and has been a great addition to the practice.

I look forward to working with you and assisting you towards better health!”

In health and inspiration,
Ryan Hansen D.C.

“Thank you for your interest in Hansen Family Chiropractic! I hope we can be a resource in helping you reach your health goals.

I love getting to help people become the best version of themselves possible, and that’s why I returned to the beautiful Northwoods, to join the knowledgeable team here at the office. The idea of promoting health and wellness here in Hayward brought my family back “home.”

I first moved to Hayward from New York in 2012 after receiving a biology pre-med degree in three years from Hartwick College.  With encouragement from my beautiful wife Nicole, who grew up in Hayward, I decided to continue my education at Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, MN.

Before I graduated as Valedictorian of my class we welcomed our wonderful daughter Priscilla into the world. With a growing family and a love for the outdoors returning to the Hayward/Cable area came with ease. We love the community and the opportunities to ski, bike, hike, fish, paddle, and run abound.  We want to be an active component in helping this area thrive.

After helping change hundreds of patient’s lives for the better, I am enthusiastic about working with YOU! I truly believe that being healthy involves lifestyle choices and I hope to be a positive influence on your daily health choices.  Whether you’re in pain or looking to improve your overall health, I look forward to coming along side your efforts through adjustments, exercise, nutritional counseling, and the sharing of ideas.”
